CellexalVR features what we call attribute subgraphs. They allow you to view only cells that belong to one or more attributes by creating a seperate graph. To do this, open the attribute menu by pressing "Color by attribute" on the menu. Color the graphs by the attributes you are interested in and press the green button with a plus sign at the top of the menu. A new graph with only the cells belonging to the selected attribute(s) will appear. This is useful if you are trying to view an attribute in the middle of a graph where some parts may be obscured by other cells.

One new graph will be created for each original graph in your dataset, you can distinguish which graph belongs to which original graph by turning on the labels on the menu. The new graphs will be named their original graphs name, following the name of each attribute they contain.
